Shipping Policy
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days (10-14 business days during high volume seasons). Once your order is placed all purchases are final sale.No refund. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Shipping fees are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective. Please email a photo of the item along with your original packing slip to customer service at customerservice@hydrolocs.com
In order to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns for products for reasons other than damage or defective. All sales are final. If a refund is approved after items are shipped, that refund will be in the form of a store credit only.
